This Kids-Choice Challenge Island adventure puts a 100% SCREEN-FREE STEAM twist on popular video games: From Super STEAMio to Island Blox to Mine Island to Fort Island to retro-inspired games like Space Aliens and Pinball Machines! You and your STEAM Team will swap game consoles for creativity and joysticks for ingenuity and imagination as you take on Islands of low-tech STEAM challenges created with game-loving kids in mind!

3…2…1 Blastoff! You and a STEAM Team of astronaut friends will create your own Mission Control Station and soar through the universe. You’ll learn the spectacular science of space while taking on a galaxy of cosmically cool challenges - from Rocket Launch Day to Moon Day to Intergalactic Day to Alien Day. ELL summer classes combine fun activities with an English based curriculum. Classes focus on learning new English vocabulary words, reading skills, spelling, correct pronunciation and speaking fluency. Join us as we "visit" different places (farm, zoo, grocery store, etc.) while learning through interactive language activities, games, images, sounds & video clips. Instructor: Andrea Gurri If you choose the transportation option and your child is not currently receiving transportation from Cave Creek Unified School District Buses, please contact the ECS Office for further information on obtaining the required permission forms for your child to ride the bus. Las clases de verano para ELL combinan actividades divertidas con un plan de estudios basado en inglés. Las clases se centran en aprender nuevas palabras del vocabulario en inglés, habilidades de lectura, ortografía, pronunciación correcta y fluidez al hablar. Únase a nosotros mientras "visitamos" diferentes lugares (granja, zoológico, tienda de comestibles, etc.) mientras aprendemos a través de actividades lingüísticas interactivas, juegos, imágenes, sonidos y videoclips.
