Falcon Youth Wrestling
Wrestling builds self-esteem, instills confidence, and develops discipline and physical fitness unlike any other sport. The Falcon Youth Wrestling Club provides age appropriate exercises for building strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Learn through play, games, and competition. Understand the basic rules and fundamental techniques of wrestling. Opportunities to compete in low-pressure situations within our own wrestling room. There are also optional tournaments to attend. Youth Wrestling t-shirt Included.
Gear Requirements: Wrestlers are required to wear wrestling shoes and appropriate attire (athletic shirts and shorts, no hoodies, metal zippers, large pockets, or baggy clothes). Wrestling headgear and mouthguard are not required, but strongly recommended
