  • 1.1 Where are the ECS programs located?

    Kids Club and Preschool programs are located at each of the CCUSD elementary schools. Enrichment and supplementary programs for grades K-12 and adults are held at any of the locations listed below, as noted on the program descriptions. Non-CCUSD students are allowed to attend before and after school enrichment/supplementary classes and summer programs.

  • 1.2 What are the times and fees of ECS programs?

    Kids Club Hours

    Monday - Friday Mornings: 6:30 a.m.-9:00 a.m.

    Monday - Friday After School: 3:30-6:00 p.m.

    Early Release Wednesday: 2:00-6:00 p.m.

    Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Camps: 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.


    Kids Club Tuition Rates

    Annual Non-Refundable Registration Fee $80

    School year rate: 180 days of school divided into 10 equal monthly payments is reflected below.

    AM - $100 per month (Wednesday Early Release included)

    PM - $175 per month

    AM/PM - $275 per month

    Wednesday Early Release Only - $75 per month

    Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Camps: Priced individually.


    Preschool Hours

    Monday - Friday 9:10 a.m.-3:10 p.m.

    Early Release Wednesday: 9:10 a.m.-1:40 p.m.

    Preschool dates follow the CCUSD school calendar.

    Annual Non-Refundable Registration Fee $80

    School year rate:180 days of school divided into 10 equal monthly payments is reflected below.

    T/TH, 2-day/week: $338

    M/W/F, 3-day/week: $461

    M-F, 5-day/week: $643


    Enrichment/Supplementary Hours

    School Year (Monday-Friday) morning and afternoon program times can vary, but generally range from 40-minutes to 90-minutes before or after school. Summer camps, classes, and workshops range from morning, afternoon, or full-day, depending on the program.

    Rates vary per program based on hours per class, number of days, material costs, and estimated enrollment.

  • 1.3 Is there a late pick-up fee if my child is picked up late from a program?

    Late pick-up fees incur at the rate of $2.00 per minute after the 6th minute, per child.

  • 1.4 Is there a late fee if my account is not paid by the due date?

    A late fee of $25 dollars will be assessed to your account if a payment is not received by the 5th of the month.

  • 1.5 Are credits/refunds given for illness or absences?

    1. All fees are designated as “FLAT RATE FEES” meaning a single-fixed fee is charged for service regardless of usage.

    Example… If your child is out ill for a week, you are still required to pay the flat rate fee to hold his/her spot.

  • 2.0 What are the general guidelines for registration in an ECS program?

    All ECS programs require registration through the Eleyo system, accessed at https://cavecreek.ce.eleyo.com/

    • Only the legal guardian may register the child for an ECS program.
    • A complete registration must be submitted online for each child. Failure to fully complete all sections of the enrollment will delay entry into the program. Additional Information needed for licensed programs such as Kid's Club and Preschool are AZDHS Blue Medical Emergency Forms and current Immunization Record per child. The ECS Office must have these forms two business days before students can attend the program.
    • Child records and information can only be released to the legal guardian, custodial parent, or contract owner. Custody papers must be provided to the ECS Office upon registration, including any custodial changes.
    • Please double-check your profile information to ensure that the information provided for each family member and emergency contact are accurate and up-to-date.
    • If an enrichment/supplemental program is canceled, a full refund will be processed back to the form of payment used to pay for the program. If a personal check was used, the refund is processed through the district finance department. It may take up to 14 days to receive your check. No refund will be issued if a student misses one or more classes for any reason or is expelled due to disciplinary violations.

  • 2.1 How do I register for the ECS Kid's Club before and/or after school programs?

    1. From the Cave Creek ELEYO homepage under Kid's Club, click Request Enrollment

    2. Click

    3. Create a Profile and sign in to your ELEYO account

    4. Select ATTENDING CHILD or ADD NEW CHILD

    5. Click

    12. You will receive an email that your contract has been received. ALL CONTRACTS ARE PENDING UNTIL APPROVED BY ECS OFFICE. You will receive another email once your contract has been approved.

  • 2.6 What information is required when submitting a contract for Kid's Club, Kid's Club Camps or Preschool?

    Contract approval is a two-step process and all steps must be completed prior to placement.

    REQUIRED INFORMATION:

    For Kid's Club / Camp Contracts: Immunization Records must be provided prior to contract approval.

    For Preschool Contracts: Immunization Records and Birth Certificate must be provided prior to contract approval.

  • 2.7 Does ECS have a parent handbook?

    Yes, please click HERE to access the 23-24 ECS Parent Handbook.

  • 3.0 How do I make a payment for Preschool, Kinder Prep, or the Before and/or After School Kid's Club Program?

    1. Automatic payments: Your saved payment method will be charged on the 1st day of each month.
  • 3.1 How do I update the saved payment method used for the ECS automatic payments?

    CLICK HERE to view or modify the saved payment method(s) associated with your ECS ELEYO account. To add a payment method: 

    1. Navigate to your program's Eleyo site and click Sign In or Your Account. Your Dashboard is displayed. 

    2. Scroll down to the footer of the page and click Saved Payment Methods. The Saved Payment Methods screen is displayed. 

    3. Click Add Saved Payment Method. The Add New Payment Method screen is displayed. 

    4. Select your desired payment type. 

    5. Complete all required fields. All fields marked with an asterisk are required 

    6. Optionally, if you have enrolled in Preschool or Kid's Club, you can select to use this payment method for automatic payments for those contracts. 

    7. Click Save New Payment Method. The payment method is saved to your account. Once you have saved a payment method, you can use the "Saved Payment Methods" screen to modify or remove your payment methods. Clicking Remove will prompt you to confirm that you would like to remove the payment method. Clicking Modify will allow you to modify which programs are billed to that payment method.

    Note: If you need to update credit card information or bank routing details, you need to remove the current payment method and enter the information as a new payment method.

  • 3.2 How does billing work for the Preschool and/or Kid's Club program during the school year?

    Preschool and Kid's Club are pay-in-advance programs. Only students whose monthly fees have been fully paid in advance may attend. Accounts are billed monthly. Accounts will be invoiced on the last Tuesday of each month for the following month, at which point payments can be submitted via your ELEYO dashboard by the due date stated on the received invoice.

  • 3.3 How do I get copies of my invoices?

    1. Parents may view their invoices by logging into their ECS ELEYO account. CLICK HERE to log into your ECS ELEYO account and select INVOICES.

  • 3.4 Where do I find year-end tax summaries for ECS payments?

    Tax statements for ECS payments made through your childcare account are available each year after January 1. Account owners that have made at least one payment in the system can use the Download Tax Information button from the Account Management tools to obtain a copy of the tax statement report. Payments on the tax statements are categorized by payer.


    Receipts and invoices can be downloaded from the Your History section online. Receipts are only visible to the person that made the specific payment (not by all account owners).

  • 3.5 How do I manage who is authorized to pick up my child?

    In Eleyo, any user account listed as a parent of the child will automatically be listed as authorized to pickup. To add additional family members/relationships as an authorized pickup for your child in Eleyo, use these steps:

    1. Navigate to your program's Eleyo site and click Sign In.
      The Sign In page is displayed.
    2. Sign into your account.
      Your Dashboard is displayed.
    3. Under "Your Accounts" select the desired Child Care Account.

    4. Under "Account Management" click Manage Authorized Pickups.
    5. Click Manage Authorized Pickups

    If you have already created the family member/relationship in Eleyo, click the "Person" drop-down and select them from the list that is presented. Enter or update the person's phone number, then click Save Authorized Pickups.

    If you have not created the family member/relationship, click the "Person" drop-down and select Other. Enter the person's name, phone number, and optionally add a note to describe the person (such as uncle, grandparent, or friend), then click Save Authorized Pickups.

    NOTE: Authorized pickups must be added for each child separately.

    You can remove an authorized person at any time by clicking the red Remove icon  and clicking Save Authorized Pickups.

  • 3.6 What if I am unable to pick up my child by the program end-time?

    Notify your Site Manager as soon as possible. You may contact our main office at 480-575-2440 to be transferred to speak with staff at your child’s program site. Late Pick-Up Fees will apply. Late pick-up fees incur at the rate of $2.00 per minute after the 6th minute, per child.

    Thirty minutes late without any contact from the parent will be considered CHILD ABANDONMENT.

    • Abandoned Child Procedure Initiated. Children who remain on site 30 minutes after program ends will be released into the custody of a law enforcement officer. We reserve the right to dismiss your child from the program after three late pick-ups.
  • 3.7 How do I withdraw a PENDING contract?

    1. From your ELEYO account click your DASHBOARD

    2. Under Your Account select the account you want to withdraw from

    3. Under Current and Upcoming Contracts click PENDING APPROVAL for the contract you'd like to withdraw

    4. Click CANCEL CONTRACT REQUEST

  • 4.0 Is tuition assistance available for Preschool and/or the Before and After School Kid's Club program?

    1. ECS offers a reduces rate for qualified families. To complete an application, please contact ECS at 480-575-2440.
