Horseshoe Trails athletes will learn skills, practice, and scrimmage each week right on campus, right after school. Kids are divided by age/ability. Let's get back outside and play! We play water dodgeball, Water Kickball, Relay races, water balloon toss, water war, packman tag and launch water balloons.

The Horseshoe Trails Elementary School Choir is open to all 3rd through 6th grade students. No audition is required. Elementary choir builds on skills introduced in your child’s general music classroom as well as team work. New skills include the expansion of the musical concepts of rhythm, melody, and harmony. Our team of students will focus on fine tuning their vocal and auditory skills through vocal exercises, part singing, and other harmonic singing experiences. Choir will rehearse most Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8am-8:50 am beginning Tuesday, January 28th. Please carefully review the dates and participation policy below! This program focuses on improving your speed, endurance, running technique, and a variety of track and field specialty skills. More information will be provided when available. The older students, grades 4-6 will have the opportunity to compete in an Intramural Tournament. Grades 1-3 will not compete in the intramural meet, they will just practice and learn for the upcoming years. Culminating Event: CCUSD Elementary School Track & Field Day When: April 28th, 10:15 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. Where: Cactus Shadows High School Football/Track & Field Complex Students compete against other students from across the district in this intramural day of athletic achievement and school spirit!
