Level Up: High School Edition, a 4-Day Confidence Culture Experience For Incoming 9th Grade Girls

After an incredible response from our middle school girls, we’re bringing Level Up back, this time for incoming high school freshmen girls. Level Up: High School Edition is a powerful mind-body-soul journey designed to help girls walk into 9th grade feeling grounded, confident, and clear on who they are.

Through a mix of journaling, somatic practices, group discussion, and creative exploration and activities, girls will:
- Build strong self-worth and confidence
- Learn emotional regulation tools
- Reframe discipline and failure as self-love
- Understand leadership, boundaries, and relationships
- Connect with intuition, identity, and future vision

Each session blends real talk with real tools, from body image and social life to personal style and mindset. This isn’t just a prep course for high school, it’s a launchpad into womanhood.

Let’s give them the sisterhood, wisdom, and inner power we all wish we had at 14.
