Learn the fundamentals of volleyball through engaging drills and game play. Participants will also take part in fitness-based activities designed to build endurance and agility.
This program is ideal for students who want to have fun with friends while learning the game or strengthen their existing skills. All experience levels are welcome. Volleyballs will be provided. Instructor: Michelle Calvin
