SHREW’D – Remember The Taming of the Shrew by William Shakespeare? This is an adaptation set in a high school! Think of it as Shrew meets the movie 10 Things I Hate About You (which is also based on Shakespeare’s play). The Taming of the Shrew is a Shakespearean comedy about Petruchio, a man who woos the headstrong and defiant Kat for her money—but with plenty of twists, humor, and high school drama.

  • Dates: M-F, June 29-Aug 15 (no class 7/3), 4-6 PM; tech week Aug 10-12, 4-8PM; shows August 13, 14, 15 at 7 PM, on 8/15 additional show at 2 PM)

  • Auditions: June 29-July 1, 2026
  • Finalized Cast: July 2, 2026
  • Rehearsal Dates/Time: (M-F) July 6- August 7, 2026, 4-6 PM
  • Tech Dates/Time: August 10-12, 2026, 4-8 PM
  • Show Dates: August 13-15, 2026
  • Show Times: 8/13 @ 7PM, 8/14 @ 7 PM, 8/15 2PM and 7PM
